screening of the NY International Children’s Film Festival’s “Native Stories” 

Cinema 10 continues its Spring 2026 season on Monday, March 16th with a screening of the NY International Children’s Film Festival’s “Native Stories” a 2026 short film compilation, at 7:15pm at the Roxy in Potsdam.

Cinema 10 is proud to present 10 short films that blend the past, present, and future to take a look at the varied lives of young Native and Indigenous people as they live them today. Each short comes courtesy of the 2026 New York International Children’s Film Festival, many of which focus on a young person navigating the balance between tradition and modern life. These are stories that blend the past, present, and future to take a look at the varied lives of young Native and Indigenous people as they live them today; funny, moving, and forward-looking. One of the shorts is from Akwesasne:  Tentsítewahkwe (We Pick It Up Again), directed by Katsitsionni Fox.  Recommended for ages 8+.

General Admission:

$6.50 for individual and $55 for season tickets (shareable!)
Students and Senior Citizens:
$5.50 for individual and $45 for season tickets (shareable!)
